Described as energetic, intuitive and highly strategic, Kristina is known for her ability to build deep rapport and trust with a knack for helping her clients get to the heart of matters quickly.
Kristina partners with senior executives and emerging leaders alike to unleash their full potential. In her experience, small shifts in mindset and behaviour can have a significant impact in the context of leadership effectiveness and resilience. Her programs are designed to create a safe space for honest self-reflection and strategising, blending contemporary research from the fields of Neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness to support her clients in leading more focused and attuned lives.
Whether in a team facilitation setting or a one-on-one coaching conversation, Kristina is known to encourage individuals to explore, question, experiment and embed new behaviours while staying true to their values and who they are. With her clients’ needs front-of-mind, her warmth and candid style complement her practical, no-nonsense approach.
Kristina brings a unique mix of international business, creative agency and people management experience to her role as coach, facilitator and mentor. Before embarking on a career in coaching through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), she enjoyed a successful international career in branding and advertising. Having navigated her own high intensity career including chapters of burnout, Kristina is a self- confessed wellbeing advocate and knows resilience and emotional intelligence as critical to effective leadership and success.
As well as running her own practice, Kristina is an Associate and senior coach for Lever – Transfer of Learning, alongside her Associate Partnerships with Western Sydney University and Monash Business School.
Her experience spans the spectrum of professional and financial, higher education and non-for-profit services in Australia and AsiaPac.
A global citizen, Kristina is of German heritage and grew up across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Turkey and the UK before settling in Australia fifteen years ago. With work experience across across Europe, The Americas and Asia, both her personal and professional journey have made her highly adept at managing transitions while cultivating a deep-rooted cultural awareness and sensitivity when it comes to operating across different cultures.
In her free time, Kristina is passionate cook with a penchant for forest bathing. She prides herself on her eclectic music taste and loves art in any possible shape or form.
